How to interpret the Overall Rating?
The shown Overall Rating data is provided by Google and is usually identical with rating information stated on Google search results. It can range from one to five. A key guiding principle at FirstGuide is to list only places with excellent customer feedback, those that achieve a rating score of at least four. We do however, recognise that numbers don’t always tell the entire story. For instance, for clubs, we take into consideration the effect that a strict door policy can result in uncomplimentary feedback and lower scores.
